Crying for the right thing

I was crying on my way to the psychiatrist.

I had no one to talk to, or in danger of suicidal thoughts, I had no one.

“But you have yourself.”

She listened, and listened, and listened. And I cried, I cried, cried.

“Oh my goodness.”

She said, “Although as a doctor I shouldn’t say this, but I really cannot understand those people. How could they stand aside and doing nothing at all? And taking things for granted, as if that was your fault?”

“No, if this is the place you’re going to, don’t. You’re too emotionally smart to go there. You’re too smart.“

I was still crying, to the point that I couldn’t stand up.

She helped me stand up.

And shared her personal story.

And so, what is your motivation now?

“My motivation is, to give a proper answer to that sad girl three years ago, who has always wanted to go to MIT.”

Ok, then permitted.
