What lacks in my life: movies and novels

So they told, movies and novels aren’t necessary.

But I couldn’t even articulate in front of my psychiatrist.

All my time has been taken away for preparing jobs, and going to work, and worried about the things that might not happen.

I don’t know how I become so numb, I couldn’t even feel anything. Because I need to suppress how stressed out I am on job interviews and dating apps, I forgot how to breathe, and I thought I was depressed. And I set out more and more obstacles for myself obtaining the entertainment.

But gosh, it’s like doing exercise — — — when your life is surrounded with the idea of efficiency — — — going to cinema and a fancy bookstore to read a book — — — just insist doing it once per week, you’d know there’s a place you could always go to — — — the movies and novels create another life for you. In another life, you’re so excited by the poetic scenes of Tilda Swinton, Julianne Moore and many others. They inspired you in so many goose bumps ways.

For example, you were watching Tilda Swinton performing in Taipei in August. And today, you learnt that she’ll be performing on November 29th together with Julianne Moore. Awe-dropping efficiency. How come she managed to fly here and there and still doing a world tour about an Italian Director Pier Paolo Pasolini?

I heard Tilda Swinton talking. It was amazing. Her wisdom and interpretation of all sorts of questions in interviews were so inspiring. What’s more, elegant and articulate. “ For so many years it has been a topic whether Pedro Almodóvar films English non-Spanish movies or not. And now, it proves that whatever languages he used, it’ll always be a Pedro film.” said Tilda.

I couldn’t agree with this witty answer anymore. I never doubt that great actors have a delicate conduct of languages, be it body or human spoken.
